Built for the people who keep critical infrastructure running

Our Story

The data center industry is growing faster than at any point in history. Billions of dollars are flowing into new facilities every year, driven by AI infrastructure demand. But the operational layer - the service providers who maintain the cooling systems, the field technicians who show up every day to keep critical equipment running - has been left behind.

OEM service companies managing HVAC equipment inside data centers are running their field operations on email and spreadsheets. Technicians arrive at equipment with no history, no guidance, and no parts visibility. Managers have no real-time view across their portfolio of client sites. Service reports are written from memory. Parts delays are discovered on-site. A million dollars of critical spares can sit in a stockroom with no systematic tracking.

We built Kasper because this problem is universal, painful, and completely unsolved by existing software. General CMMS tools were built for internal maintenance teams at single organisations. The OEM service model - where technicians are outsiders at client facilities, asset history lives in the service provider's system, and every job needs to produce a compliance report for the client - has no purpose-built software. Nobody built for it. We are.

Kasper gives technicians instant asset intelligence at point of service - full equipment history, parts status, and AI-generated guidance from a single QR scan. It gives service managers real-time visibility across every technician, every asset, and every client site. And as job data accumulates across a fleet, Kasper's AI agents identify failure patterns, optimise maintenance schedules, and extend the life of every asset under service.

We started with data center HVAC because that's where the consequences of getting it wrong are most expensive - a single cooling failure can cost a facility operator $500K to $1M in downtime. But the problem exists everywhere that a service provider manages equipment at client facilities. We're starting where the pain is sharpest and building outward from there.

Where we are

We are in active pilot with a Fortune 500 HVAC OEM, co-building the product directly with their field service team. A second enterprise engagement is in progress. We are incorporated in Delaware and based in Evanston, Illinois.
